I tried getting in the chat section but he said he never got a ticket #, just tracking info. So I called UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex, DHL etc. and they have no info on the tracking #. I recently ordered 2 mobile phones from Gear Best, then later read some of the terrible reviews on other sites. When they didn’t ship my order after 10 days, I expected the worst and contacted customer service. They took a few days to get back, then told me the phones were out of stock – poor stock control as they were definitely marked as in stock when I place the order.
They offered me the usual – wait for more stock, choose another item or get the money refunded to Gear Best wallet. I explained I didn’t want any of these options, but wanted a full refund to my Paypal account. After a couple of hours I’d received a full refund via Paypal.
Maybe I just got lucky, but I’d say that’s excellent customer service!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a product 2-1/2 weeks before Christmas and it was to be an International shipment so the timing was crucial for shipping ASAP. After 5 days I still had not received a “shipping notice” so I contacted them explaining the situation. They got back to me the next day explaining that the item was back ordered due to “hot sales” and would I like to exchange for another color? I looked back on their web site and they were selling THE EXACT SAME COLORER PRODUCT BUT NOW $5.00 cheaper!!! How many people were buying these things up for kids at Christmas, when the company knew full well that they didn’t have stock to send out and they wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas morning!! I replied back to them this very fact and told them they had very bad business practices. I then went to PayPal and put an escalated claim in for a full refund of my money. They responded back to me saying I should not have put a claim into PayPal and now they would make me wait 45 days for my refund. I don’t care how long I wait….I know that at least PayPal will get me my money back and I don’t have to play e-mail tag with them ever week wanting to know when my refund will be sent to me. NEVER AGAIN!! LOW LIFE MONEY GRABBING SLUGS!

I have made two different orders, with two different credit cards, the same thing happended with both orders, everything looked good to the stage “prossesing” and after 3 weeks with status “prossesing” and both my CC charged I issued a ticket for each of the orders.
This is part of the message I got from GearBest:
“-we cannot accept this transaction via credit card. If you like the items, please replace the order and pay via western union.”
And still my CC’s had been charged from Gearbest??????

Purchased item from their EU warehouse based in the UK which is supposed to ensure quicker delivery and no custom duty. Problem is that it still after a fortnight they have not fulfilled their order despite claiming dispatch in 1/2 days after payment. Now not replying to enquiries. Paid in GBP to an organisation claiming to be trading in the UK. Will now take up with mastercard to attempt to recover costs and hopefully will begin some serous financial inconvenience for them. Seriously bad organisation.

At the beginning, I was very skeptical about ordering from gearbest as did not hear about it much. So took a chance to go for it. Got an option to choose the kind of shipping i wanted namely Singapore post and Netherlands post for both, the shipping was free.
Hence finally ordered the action cam with Netherlands shipping option and got an order number WP1507060448530198. After 3 days, received an update that the product was shipped with the tracking number. Tracked the parcel with an application 17 Track on android. However, got the update that “the order is pre-advised” so wrote to customer care of gearbest, they replied the next day and explained me the exact process of shipping, after 2 days, the status changed and i was awaiting the delivery. Expected time of arrival of the product mentioned in the website was 10-25 days and amazingly it arrived in 14 days in India. The best part was I wasn’t charged customs duty for it. The product was packed safely in a double layer bubble package inside the main packing. I opened the package and the product was in mint condition, seal packed. Used the action cam the very next day for a motorcycle trip and worked flawlessly. Loved the camera. Have ordered the waterproof case, an extra battery and a pair of minion earphones too after getting an amazing service and deal from gearbest.com
To conclude it all, I can say Gearbest offers some of the cheapest deals possible, provides prompt customer service (within 24 hours reply), very fast free shipping compared to other overseas resellers, hassle free ways to sign in with google and facebook sign in options and various shipping options for us to choose from.

I ordered and e-cigarete starter kit + replacement coils. So it went out in like two orders. I paid for everything and was waiting for a despatch. Few days later, they messaged me that they can not ship e-cigarete starter kit, because they have some problems, so they refunded me. But what should I do with those coils then? They dont want to refund me in full. I have to keep the item, because of their fault.
