I have ordered from them many times, and have always received high quality products, at an incredibly low price. So, even if there are problems sometimes (I think rarely), it’s still well worth buying from them.
I was buying a lot of stuff on Gearbest. I can say nothing but praise for them. Excellent support and fast delivery. In my opinion they have the best prices on the net and also often large discounts. I will continue to shop on Gearbest.

Stay away!!! This is a scam site. I placed an order in November 2015 and haven’t received it. China to Singapore takes usually two days to arrive. They sent out a tracking number on the next day after my purchase which turned out to be a fake number.
Please listen to all the posts stating to avoid this site! Had an absolute nightmare with them not shipping products or any contact from them. I have now asked paypal to get my money back. Beware too!! They lie. When they finally do contact you they say they are ready to despatch my item but I need to close the paypal case down. So you do this then you are unable to open another case so have to contact paypal separately. The tablet I ordered was defective. I described the problem, but Gearbest repeatedly ask me to describe the problem. Having done this ten times, I’ve tried to find their address to return the tablet, but it is not on their website, nor will they tell me.
Now they say they will reqlulire 50% of the purchase price to replace it, with me paying the shipping cost – BUT THEY STILL DON’T GIVE ME A RETURN ADDRESS.

I placed an order with Gearbest for a Hoverboard on Dec. 02,2015 hoping for it to arrive by Christmas. However, about a wk. later I get an email saying they need to confirm the purchase by sending them proof of ID and CC or my order would be cancelled. Gearbest propose pas mal de chose, mais je me suis personnellement fixé sur des produits originaux Xiaomi, surtout que les prix sont assez avantageux, si l’on est patient du au transport principalement.
J’ai pu avoir quelques échanges de mail avec le service client concernant la Yeelight pour savoir si le produit serai livré avec un adaptateur européen et de base c’est le cas, mais j’en voulais la confirmation ce que j’ai eu et surtout rapidement.
Pour l’instant tout se passe bien et je compte certainement recommander.

What a garbage fucking company – only designed to lure and scam consumers – the first order was ok, this second order is a complete fuckup and failure.
i see that comments are very wrong for some guys, but for me it’s a good review because i order a phone in eu warehouse and it makes 1 weeks to arrived at my house.
