I recently bought a solar panel phone charger. The product was just like the description. I got the product shipped to Canada and it came in 3 days. Even thought the website said 7-11 days. The customer support responded right away when i had some question and the product was great the payment options were easy and so was creating na account ( to save money!). 2 issues with my purchase. Thy stated product was in their US warehouse which is just a drop shipping address. It took a few weeks to arrive from China, not a deal breaker considering a big savings.
my product was defective (in itself not a huge issue, I thought), there is where the problem begins: 6 days (so far) of back and forth from their customer support to arrive at two options on my 75 dollar item 1) take a $20 store credit 2) ship it to China ($60+ according to USPS site) and get an exchange item or a store credit for the purchase amount.
I assure you that, in the future, I’ll conduct my e-transactions with North American sellers that will stand behind what they sell.
My shipping got delayed for a couple weeks due to them wanting our IDs. Who in their right mind would risk such blatant stupidity?
